I guess yesterday had the most amazing sunsets no matter WHAT city you were in... at least on the West coast. Ours were incredible orangey landscapes of clouds in these slatted bar shapes like looking at a low resoulution TV screen REALLY close up. I wish I had taken a picture of it instead of just standing up from my desk at work, saying "oh my" and then sitting back down for more hours of fun... until all was black outside and I could go home.

I hear ya. What I love is how everybody on the beach stops to watch the sun go below the horizon. Even on crowded days, sunset is peaceful.
